What’s next for Pittsworth?

The future of Pittsworth and how it can be guided to the best possible outcome was the topic of discussion at the ‘Better Together’ community forum.

Several prominent Pittsworth community members were members of two panels that spoke on the day.

The guest speakers included Nat Spary of BASE Services, a not-for-profit Toowoomba based community development organisation that works with individuals and families in need.

Other guests speakers were Amee Hetherington, the local TRC Community Liaison Officer, and Sue Patterson from Life Giving Solutions.

The First panel of speakers from community outreach groups were Rev Willie (Pittsworth Uniting Church) of Mainly Music, Julienne Doran of Pittsworth Playzone, Jack Larkin and Brenton of Life Support Youth Group and Pastor Brett Dolley (Harvest New Life) of LifeCare.
