Ute mangled after Nevilton crash

A bullbar likely made a world of difference for the driver of a Toyota HiLux after it collided with another vehicle on the morning of Friday, 29 September.

Acting Sergeant Ben Ogden of Allora Police said the crash occurred at about 11.30am on the New England Highway.

A/Sgt Ogden said initial investigations indicate that the Toyota HiLux was turning onto the New England Highway when another Toyota HiLux collided with it.

The two male drivers of the vehicles were the sole occupants of the vehicles.

Both men were transported by ambulance
to hospital in stable conditions.

A/Sgt Ogden said the incident was still under investigation.
