BREAKING NEWS: Two dead and others critical following serious traffic crash in Mount Irving
Two people are dead and others are in a critical condition following a serious traffic crash between a car and truck at the intersection of Jondaryan Mount Tyson Road and Toowoomba Cecil Plains Road at Mount Irving yesterday morning.

At approximately 10:15am emergency services received a call about the crash and one QGAir rescue helicopter and two RACQ LifeFlight helicopters attended the scene, along with four fire crews and six ambulance crews.
The Queensland Police Service also had five crews on scene.
Initial investigations suggest the truck was travelling west on Toowoomba Cecil Plains Road when it collided with a car travelling south on Jondaryan Mount Tyson Road.
A 29-years-old woman, who was a passenger in the car, was assessed at the scene for critical injuries but was pronounced deceased.
A 12-years-old girl has also passed away from her injuries after being airlifted to a Brisbane hospital in a critical condition.
Four other people in the car were also transported to hospital.
Of those, two were airlifted to Brisbane in a critical condition and two were transported via ambulance to the Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
The 39-years-old truck driver was also transported to the Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition after sustaining a shoulder injury.
The road was closed for an extended period of time but reopened at approximately 5pm yesterday afternoon.
Officers from the Forensic Crash Unit are investigating.
