Top gongs for local agents
It’s been a huge year in real estate for the Ray White Rural Pittsworth team and the accolades are rolling in.

More than 250 guests attended the highly competitive Ray White Queensland annual awards this month at Broadbeach for the first time in three years to recognise the achievements of the top offices and individuals throughout the leading network.
In the past year the network produced 18 Chairman’s Elite performers, 78 Elite agents and 127 Premier agents.
James Croft and Kathy Hohns achieved the Alan White Elite Performer Award, a prestigious ranking.
Ray White Pittsworth was awarded the No. 7 Office for Settled Commission.
Kathy Hohns was thrilled to receive the No.1 Queensland Salesperson Award for Settled Commission and No. 7 Salesperson Nationally, a huge honour and achievement for an agent.
Matt Cleary received the Premier Award and staff members Bec Heinemann and Sarah Mann received recognition for their efforts over the past 12 months, Bec among 17 finalists for the Property Manager of the Year and Sarah among 13 finalists for Sales Assistant of the Year.
Senior property manager Susie Schulte was recognised for her loyalty and service after 10 years with Ray White.
Whilst clearing sales are no longer recognised at the awards, owners James and Sally Croft said they were proud of the hard work that Matt, Rob and the clearing sale staff put in, no matter what the weather conditions.
“If it’s not heat it’s rain during the preparation regime prior to a sale, they too deserve a big clap for their continued hard work for the group.”
James Croft, Matt Cleary, Rob Caton, Kathy Hohns and James Arthur are extremely grateful to the community, the sellers and buyers who have engaged them and placed their trust into each.
James and Sally said they were extremely proud of the recognition for the office and agents, saying they were testament to the hard work and dedication over the past 12 months.
