Team Func returns from successful trip down south
Oakey’s Team FuncFitness recently returned from a successful crossfit Masters League Games competition in New South Wales, with wife-husband combination Renee and Terry Graham winning their age categories.
The competition was held in Orange.
Four team members - Meghan Halter, Cassy Hepburn, Wendy Edmondstone and Terry Graham competed at the beginner ‘Soldier’ level, with coach Renee Graham competing in the intermediate ‘Warrior’ level.
Five hundred athletes competed over three-days as either individual athletes or teams (pairs).
Each category involved six workouts, one being a 'strong-man' event.
“As their coach I was extremely proud of our crew’s efforts and it’s been announced that it’ll be held in Queensland next year,” Renee Graham said.

Online qualifiers for 2025 begin in January with the next stage in-person in May, followed by the final stage, the games, which are held in October each year.
