Take Note perform at Dalby Eisteddfod

Pittsworth choral group Take Note recently participated in the Dalby Eisteddfod.

The group sang a total of 15 pieces, in a variety of choral and vocal sections. Those included 6 group ensemble pieces, 2 quartets, 2 duets and 3 solos. Out of those, the group won 8 first placings.

Their dedicated pianist, Cheryl Fowler, also featured in 2 piano items.

Adjudication comments were constructive and encouraging and endorsed the pleasing results.

The group has begun rehearsals on a new programme for a public concert in November in the Pittsworth Function Centre.
