Students judge Mohair fleece ahead of Ekka
As a part of Oakey State High School Science Week activities the students heading to the Ekka later this year competed in a Mohair Fleece Young Judges Competition.

Students were given eight minutes to judge four fleeces and put them into the correct order.
Oakey High students are well practiced at this task and did an amazing job.
Place-getters on the day were: 1st, Charlotte Densley; 2nd, Grea Young; 3rd, Alicia Wieck; and 4th Amy Turner.
All these students will continue to practice these skills in preparation for the Ekka.
