St. Monica’s participates in inaugural Arts Fest
St. Monica’s School students created artwork, read poetry and sang as part of the inaugural Toowoomba Catholic Schools Arts Fest.
Students from St. Monica’s participated in the massed choir event to finish off the concert at St. Patrick’s Cathedral in Toowoomba.
Schools from across the Diocese of Toowoomba descended on the Garden City to showcase the talent of regional students.
Students read verse at the Empire Theatre, and practiced hymns before coming together at St. Patrick’s Cathedral to participate in a concert which concluded with a massed performance.
St Monica’s students put together an art exhibit called “Go and Do Likewise” under the supervision of Mrs Conneely, which was displayed in the Cathedral’s Micah Centre.
