Snakes Alive - It’s Mating Time

This amazing photo was taken by Corie Ross of Long Neck Farm in Goomburra.

“Two red bellied black snakes fighting for mating rights.  A pretty rare sight but we got to enjoy it for nearly 20 minutes,” Corie said.

No wonder Corie was comfortable taking the photo as he has done a venomous snake handling course and his wife is a trained snake catcher so they both appreciate and respect reptiles.
