Sixth pro victory for Stoneleigh
Pittsworth's 'Stoneleigh' Jackson Griffiths notched his sixth win in front of a packed house in Brisbane on Friday 22 July.

He was sporting a shiner Monday morning and several stitches but grinning like a champion.
“It was a tough fight,” he said of the match against muay thai champion Quentin Smith at the Brisbane Greek Club.
“I knocked him in the third round (pictured far right) and I think that pulled me through which was good.”
It was Griffiths’ sixth pro fight. Smith has had around 60 fights and competed for a world title last year.
They went to five rounds and Griffiths was decided the winner unanimously.
He steps into the ring again on September 10 in the Pittsworth Town Hall to meet Townsville’s Aaron Stahl who he defeated after five rounds on June 11 in Toowoomba. It will be the first Queensland title fight to be hosted in the town.
Griffiths is trained by Gary Rule and Brad Smith in Pittsworth and Toowoomba.
Tickets to the Pittsworth Fight will be available soon, through TGW & Smithy’s Promotions.
