Search and Rescue at Goomburra
On Friday August 9 a search and rescue operation was launched for a woman in her 20s who went missing at Goomburra Valley on that night.
The woman was last seen at campgrounds on Inverramsay Road, Goomburra around 11.40pm.
An aerial search was conducted, and a land-based search in Goomburra Valley resumed at first light Saturday morning.
A 21-year-old Brisbane woman was located deceased nearby around 8am.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
