Scope Helps Out With New Aprons!

A big thank you to the Scope Club of Allora who has kindly donated money to purchase new aprons for Allora P-10 State School primary students for their cooking classes.

During the Friday Futures options program on Friday afternoons, Mrs Sharman-Bowman takes a group of primary students to cook up a storm.  Smaller aprons were needed in the catering kitchen to protect the younger students during their lessons.

Mrs Sharman-Bowman and Michelle Wilson teach the students a different recipe each week which they cook and proudly take home to their families. Last Friday, while the students were making Pancake Zucchini Muffins, Daph Whatley from Scope visited the class to inspect the new aprons and to wish the students well with their classes for the term.
