One hundred and fifteen students turned up to develop the basics in those sports.
NRL Growth Development Officer for the Darling Downs, Lachlan Sankey and Faultless Tennis Academy rep and Dalby Club Pro, Ben Campbell made the trip for the event.
The schools involved were Jimbour, Bell, Kaimkillenbun, Kulpi, Bowenville, Jondaryan, Mt Tyson, Biddeston and Quinalow.
It’s the third instalment of an unofficial rotating carnival of sports days which saw Bowenville host a Gala Softball competition in Term 1, Kaimkillenbun organise a touch comp in Dalby in Term 2 and will see Jondaryan hosting a cricket Gala Day next term.
