OzCare clients walk down memory lane

The Clifton Historical Museum combined with Ozcare Toowoomba to provide a walk back in time for a small group of their clients enjoying a days respite care.

Carers and clients enjoyed the stroll along the museum’s corridors as a walk down memory lane.

Ozcare group leader Andrew Wright said there were three staff carers to take care of seven clients on their day out and Clifton Historical Museum proved to be an ideal destination for the group.

The senior citizens would no doubt have had their memories triggered as they explored the varied displays the museum offers.

Some of the senior citizens walked the corridors of the museum while others were taken along on wheel chairs.

Surely this was an example of first class care of senior citizens.

The Clifton Historical Society staff are also to be congratulated for the first class service and care they provided on the day which made the visit and enjoyable one for Ozcare staff and clients.

Well done to all those involved.
