Olympic Bronze Medallist Harriet Hudson visits Allora
Harriet, a member of the Australian Womens Quadruple Scull rowing team recently attended assembly at Allora P-10 State School.
Students had an opportunity to see her medal up close and hear about her recent experience in Tokyo. This was particularly relevant to the students as Harriet attended Wheatvale State School in her primary years where she had big dreams of going to the Olympics.
Harriet’s down to earth story of pursuing these ambitions, hard work (even in a rowing machine at home during lockdown), and her time in Tokyo was very inspiring and the kids were delighted!
