New Tractor for Sports Club
The Allora Sports Club took delivery of a new CASE IH Farmall Tractor last Friday. The tractor has both a front end loader and backhoe attachments.
Sports Club Secretary John Ellwood said that over the past few years the club has seen an increasing need for a machine that would save our volunteers hours of heavy digging and shovelling.
Local contractors have been extremely generous over the years, however the Sports Club committee decided the time was right to purchase our own machine.
The tractor purchase was arranged through James King of long time sponsor of golf in Allora, Ray Bunch Machinery.
James introduced Scott Campbell of the STAG Machinery Group who ordered the machine and attachments and arranged delivery.
John expressed his thanks to both James and Scott for the extremely efficient manner in which they conducted the transaction.
