New disabled ramp for horse riding
Toowoomba Horse Riding for the Disabled Association has opened a new purpose built mounting ramp at its facility in Cranley, allowing riders to mount with ease and confidence.

Coach Willi Singleton making use of the new ramp to ensure the rider is safely mounted and secure in the saddle.
Toowoomba East Rotary Club funded and built the ramp to RDAA specification, ensuring the centre passed accreditation.
The centre has been slowly upgrading its infrastructure with
other improvements over the past months.
A micro grant from Toowoomba Regional Council has been used to complete the water project, allowing all paddocks at the centre to have watering points, giving the horses access to clean tank water.
Volunteer service badges for volunteers who have served from five years to over twenty years where also given out.
