Millmerran’s bowls competition success
Another super win for the team of Maree and Albi Gibbs from (Millmerran) Downs District who won the State Mixed Pairs played last weekend at Coolum Beach.
Maree and Albi Gibbs won the State Mixed Pairs.
In the final they played a husband and wife team of Bronwyn and Mark Torrens from the Monto Club in the Port Curtis District.
Some fantastic bowls were played by Maree and Albi, which was live streamed all weekend.
What a great effort for our region on the Downs, such great ambassadors for our sport of bowls.
Well done Maree and Albi.
