Merivale Street Closed
Authorities have closed the northern end of Merivale Street at Allora after severe damage was cause during heavy rain earlier this month.

The section between Allora-Clifton Road and Drayton Street is likely to be closed for some time as preparations are made to repair significant damage.
The Dalrymple Creek crossing was not seriously damaged however there is a large amount of debris surrounding the causeway.
A little further north, flood water rushing through a gully has caused a deep wash on the side of the carriageway which would pose a danger to any traffic.
