Locals meet Muster Dog Chief at Roadshow
Yet again, Annabelle and Rob Raff alongside the entire Raff Group, have outdone themselves with another successful Raff Roadshow. The local chain hardware stores hosted the Roadshow in Millmerran and Pittsworth on Tuesday and Wednesday last week, and entertained families with a visit from someone who has quickly become one of Australia’s top celebrities: Chief, a border collie from the ABC series Muster Dogs.

While Chief, and his 18 year old handler Nathan, were on everyone’s list for a chat and photo, there were stalls and bargains on offer from many of Raff Group’s suppliers.
This was the sixth annual Raff Roadshow, which ran across three days, and ended at the store in Clifton on Thursday.
In Pittsworth, CRT Manager of Queensland, Jim Ward, presented Eve Skillington from Clifton with a prize for winning the State’s CRT x Muster Dogs Colouring Competition.
“We want to thank Rob and Belle and the entire Raff Group for their support,” Mr Ward said.
“Congratulations Eve, and congratulations to the Raff Group for a terrific afternoon.”
Nathan, who is from Kingaroy, spoke about his experience on season 3 of Muster Dogs with Chief.
“I learnt a lot and definitely grew as a person,” he said.
“[I’m] a better dog trainer for it.
“Chief’s now opened up a lot more doors for me, with coming out here and talking to you people, meeting everybody, and hearing their stories, it’s really good.”
This season’s focus was in comparing the Kelpies with Collies to see which breed reigns supreme.
Annabelle and Rob Raff see the day as a way of rewarding both customers and suppliers and the event is one that is highly anticipated each year.
