Koalas Out West family fun day
Pittsworth and Millmerran Landcare Associations are hosting a Koalas Out West community day this Saturday, 9th November, at the Pittsworth Function Centre.
There will be guest speakers and information on koala health, revegetation, the Toowoomba Region Koala Habitat Project, Land for Wildlife, and Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation.
There’ll be activities for the children, and Trish LeeHong from Wildlife Rescue and Rehabilitation will be there with some of her native wildlife including a koala, echidna, kangaroo joeys and birds.
Morning tea will be supplied.
Doors open at 9am.
The event is sponsored by the Toowoomba Region Koala Habitat Project.
