Keen Interest At Foundation Farm Field Days
Good numbers of grain growers and those connected to the industry were treated to three days of valuable information at Pacific Seeds Foundation Farm site located just south of Allora.
Although the weather was hot attendees were moved in comfort by buses from one site to the next where they were met by experts in the field.
Each day the focus was on different crops - sorghum, maize and quality silage.
Throughout the field days there were panel discussions, machinery demonstrations, ag industry speakers, field walks and research updates – with plenty of opportunities for questions to be answered.
Each day was followed by drinks with a chance to catch up with other growers and industry reps.
