Juvenile arrested for Yandilla Street break-in

A 15-years-old male from Toowoomba is one of three suspects allegedly involved in a break-in at Betta Electrical and attempted break-in at Matt’s Computers on 30th January.


Two male offenders allegedly involved in the break and enter at Betta Electrical on January 30 are still at large. Investigations are continuing but police do not believe they are local to the area.

At approximately 4am, three males were seen on closed-circuit television entering the place of business in Yandilla Street.

The juvenile offender was arrested but the two remaining male suspects are still at large.

Police allege the juvenile has been involved in multiple recent offences in the Toowoomba Region.

Stolen Vehicle Not Yet Recovered

In other news, the Toyota Landcruiser, which was stolen from White Street, Pittsworth on Australia Day, has still not been recovered by police.

Since it was seen in Kingsthorpe on 27th January, it has been sighted frequently, and involved in a number of other offences in the Toowoomba Region.
