Improvements to Millmerran Cemetery
Toowoomba Regional Council (TRC) has recently made a number of improvements to the Millmerran Cemetery.
The columbarium wall and front gates have been restored.
TRC has repaired the columbarium wall, and the entry gates on Campbell Street have been restored.
Part of the improvements include the installation of a new toilet block with wheelchair access.
The existing individual toilet facilities will be removed.
Work for this is underway and scheduled for completion in September.
TRC has advised that the nearest toilet facilities during the construction period will be the Lions Park located on the corner of Mary and Edward Streets.
