High School announces 2025 leaders
Oakey State High School has announced its new school captains and leaders for the 2025 school year with a special assembly held recently for families of the students.
Oakey State High School’s 2025 Captains Isabella Ferguson, Tessa Gale, Connie Bradley, Ethan Altadonna with Indigenous Leader Pipah Collins and School Principal Danny Keenan.
The traditional Blazer Changeover was held on assembly with families of
the new Leaders in attendance.
We have been very privileged to have had such a dedicated and diverse group of young people lead our school this year, and we know that our 2025 Leaders will continue to do the same.
Being a school leader is not just about winning the votes, getting the badge and leading whilst you are in Year 12.
It is about growing as a person throughout your high schooling journey and showcasing your leadership skills from the moment you arrive here.
We would like to thank our current Leaders for the wonderful job they have done this year and wish our 2025 Leaders all the best in their leadership journey.
