Toowoomba Region Mayor Paul Antonio is encouraging people on the Darling Downs to participate in the survey being conducted by the State Government to gather and consider the ideas put forward by the public regarding the legacy of the Games.

With the survey live for the next four weeks, Mayor Antonio said this was the idea times to provide input into what will be the largest event ever hosted in Queensland.

"This is a once-in-a-lifetime spectacle for South-East Queensland," he said.
