Good times roll at Millmerran
The sounds, the stage sizzle and a sign handover brought crowds out on Friday (October 1) as Millmerran got into celebration mode... and al this before the Australian Camp Oven Festival had even begun.

Millmerran Men’s Shed members ran a sausage sizzle on Friday as buskers performed along the Main Street of town ahead of the Australian Camp Oven Festival
Friday’s Busking in Millmerran event filled the town with music and brought large crowds out to relax before spilling onto the lawns of Domville Place for a concert by Toowoomba band, Cloud 9.
The pre-festival fun was organised by Millmerran Progress and Commerce and included the handover of an LED message board to Toowoomba Regional Council for which Mayor Paul Antonio was present.
The Busking in Millmerran event was won by Cooper Jones with runners-up Rotary Nomads.
Meanwhile thousands were arriving at the Millmerran Showgrounds for the festival.
