Golden Guitar winners Tracy Coster and Matt Scullion have a unique way of putting pen to paper to capture the true spirit of Australia with words that paint a picture of the characters that call this land home.

Tracy was born in the bush and is the daughter of the legendary Stan Coster.

She has been performing since she can remember and has shared the stage with some of Australia’s finest including her dad, Slim Dusty, John Williamson and Casey Chambers

With eight albums to her name Tracy has a swag of talent in her genes.

Matt has travelled a similar path and has written with just about  everyone in the country music industry from Lee Kernaghan, Sara Storer, Adam Harvey to Cold Chisel and his song writing talents are highly sought.

Matt’s song ‘Aussie As’ is a staple on the Ray Hadley morning show and he recently was able to perform his chart topping song ‘1868’ at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

From Tamworth to Gympie and from Darwin to Nashville, both Tracy and Matt have clocked up many song writing  miles and it’s like they’re keeping the flame alight for story telling by song.

There’s no doubt their live show will tug at your green and gold heart strings.

They will also be performing another show on Friday night, 23 September at the Stanthorpe Little Theatre beginning at 7pm.

For both nights, tickets can be bought for $25 at the door or online.
