Exciting News For Allora Tennis Club
The Club has been successfully selected as a Finalist for the 2024 Queensland Tennis Awards.
Allora Tennis Club - finalists in the Most Outstanding Club - Metro and Regional Rural. Improvements to the Allora Tennis Courts, facilities at the Clubhouse as well as participation and mentoring in the Sport of Tennis have been identified by Queensland Tennis.
Locals are already aware of the wonderful facilities, programmes and mentoring at the Allora Tennis Club but to be recognised further afield is a huge achievement.
Throughout Queensland only seven clubs (one being Allora) have been named as finalists in the Most Outstanding Club – Metro and Regional/Rural.
The Awards acknowledge performances, achievements and contributions of the Queensland tennis family that continually improves the sport.
A group from the Allora Tennis Club will attend the Awards Night to be held in Brisbane on Saturday 9th November.
Selected winners of applicable awards will also be nominated for the 2024 Newcombe Medal, Australian Tennis Awards.
