Digga Australia announces McCormack Industries takeover
The Digga Australia Group based at Yatala has acquired long standing Aubigny business McCormack Industries Pty Ltd.

Widely renowned as ‘the Front-End Loader People’, McCormack Industries is
an Australian family-owned and operated business located at Aubigny.
Initially starting in agriculture, McCormack’s has expanded to service the industrial and mining sectors as well.
Since being founded in 1984 by John and Tricia McCormack, McCormack Industries has progressed into a purpose-built manufacturing facility harnessing CNC machinery to streamline production with onsite fabrication and painting.
Digga Australia CEO Zoe Conde said, as the fellow owner of a family business, she recognised the strong local ties that McCormack has.
“We are excited to welcome Brendan and the McCormack team into the Digga family, and to continue providing the best quality service to all our customers,” she said.
“As a passionate Australian Manufacturer and family business, we see this acquisition as a natural fit for the Digga Australia Group and we remain focused and committed to delivering quality Australian-made products to our customers across all our brands,” she said.
“All existing McCormack Industries employees will transfer over, and we are pleased to announce that Brendan McCormack will be remaining with the business as the Business Development/Sales Manager for the McCormack Industries division.”
Brendan McCormack said the fit with Digga was perfect for the company and acquisition simply made sense to him.
