Crump family overwhelmed by generosity

Cambooya teenagers Kyrna and Tomas Crump will be able to compete at the Australian Cross Country Championships in Adelaide thanks to those who bought raffle tickets and donated to their cause.


Their mother, Del, said the family would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who bought tickets in the raffle to get Kyrna and Tomas to Adelaide for the championships. “We would like to especially thank the people who donated money to them. We very much appreciate this help,” she said. 1st prize went to Melissa Smith (Goondiwindi). 2nd prize, Richard Stockley (Cambooya). 3rd prize, Bea McIntosh (Cambooya). The championships begin tomorrow (Friday) and Kyrna and Tomas will be striving to perform at their best and make their hometown proud.
