Crash at Felton South
A serious crash at the intersection of the Clifton Pittsworth Road and Toowoomba Karara Road has seen six people transported to hospital, including two via helicopter.

At around 12:55, an SUV and a sedan towing a trailer collided and ended up on the roadside at the north-eastern corner of the intersection, one vehicle landing on its side.
On the scene, Queensland Ambulance Service Senior Operations Supervisor Stephen Johns said there had been a significant impact at high speed.
“One of the vehicles has rolled on its side and both vehicles have ended up into the paddock.
“We’ve had two patients trapped, one in each of those vehicles and six patients in total. There were five adults and one infant involved in the incident."
Fortunately the infant was in a car seat and only had minor injuries.
"Currently at this point in time we’ve got four patients who have been transported by road to Toowoomba Base Hospital,” Mr Johns said.
Two patients have been transported by RACQ LifeFlight helicopters, one each to the Toowoomba and Princess Alexandra hospitals.
Despite their injuries, Mr Johns said the patients were extremely lucky not to be more badly injured.
“It is really important to watch the conditions and obey the road rules.
I’m not sure what’s taken place at this particular incident but the vehicles have done their job.”
Following the crash, the road was closed to all traffic.
