Chief steals the RAFF Group Roadshow
Annabelle and Rob Raff know how to put on a good Road Show and this year they certainly hit the spot by engaging the services of one of Australia’s most loved celebrities - Chief.
Chief, the beautiful Border Collie from the ABC series Muster Dogs was clearly the star of the day as people lined up for a pat and a photo opportunity and Chief never disappointed.
On Thursday morning, Clifton was the third and final stop for the Rafff Roadshow which had been at the local chain’s hardware stores in Millmerran and Pittsworth the previous two days.
While Chief and his 18 year old handler, Nathan, were on everyone’s list for a chat there were stalls and bargains from many of Raff Group’s suppliers.
Visitors had the opportunity to have coffee and chocolate slice with Bill Smith from Pacific Seeds or ask for advise on any type of farming issues from the army of suppliers ready to help solve their problems.
There were also discounts and bargains galore for visitors making the day
a worthwhile, informative and informal occasion.
Horse owners were keen to chat with Nat from Hygain and as usual Nat was able to answer questions on dietary advice for all types of horses and their specific needs.
Annabelle and Rob Raff see the day as a way of rewarding both customers and suppliers and the event is one that everyone looks forward to.
