Champion Guest At Swim Club Night

It was an extra special first swim club night down at the pool! Matt Denny, Allora’s Olympic Bronze medalist, took time out of his very busy afternoon of engagements to pop in to surprise the kids!

He spoke about his own fond memories of his Allora Swim Club days, having fun with friends just like these kids do every Friday evening at the Allora Pool.

It was a wonderful kick off to what is sure to be a fabulous, successful season.

The Allora Swim Club is pleased to welcome many new families and those returning for another season.

From the brave kids who are being helped down the lanes by the older kids to race their first 25 meters, to those chasing qualifying times for State and National events, the Allora Swim Club caters for all.

Spurred on by the words and inspiration of our local hero, Matt Denny, these kids are all sure to make their own big splashes this season!
