Cambooya State School leaders attend Mayoral Morning Tea
The student leaders from Cambooya State School recently attended the annual Mayoral Morning Tea.
Cambooya’s school leaders with Cr Edwina Farquhar, Mayor Geoff McDonald, Cr Trevor Manteufel, Principal David Wilson and Cr Carol Taylor.
This is an annual event which allows school leaders and captains from all over the region to meet with councillors and speak about what leadership means to them.
Students were accompanied by Cambooya Principal David Wilson and all who attended reported that it was a very enjoyable morning.
Students from a few schools in the region were also invited to address the gathering and speak about their leadership journeys.
