Cambooya Pony Club draws a crowd

Fine weather across two days proved to be a winner for Cambooya Pony Club with participants travelling from far afield as well as locally to take part.

On Saturday the Cambooya Campdraft attracted around 100 riders while the Open Sporting Day on Sunday saw some 80 odd participants in action.

The Pony Club’s Deb Sheather said there have been fewer campdrafts recently because of adverse weather  so people are prepared to travel from places like Roma, Chinchilla, Dalby and Goondiwindi to take part.
