Butter, soft drink... what next for old factory?
One of Pittsworth’s oldest buildings, the historic butter factory at No. 1 Yandilla Street is on the market awaiting its next chapter.

It’s an opportunity to own, and perhaps reinvent, a slice of Pittsworth history.
The site was operating as a cheese and butter factory from the late 1800s and through the turn of the century as part of the operations of the Pittsworth Dairy Company Limited.
It was later home to a soft drink factory for 40 years.
Ray White’s Matt Cleary said the building oozes charm as one of the few old timber butter factories still standing on the Darling Downs, and boasts many unique features.
The large 7,671 mtr. sq. property covers two titles and includes a 9 megalitre groundwater allocation - water used in the manufacture of soft drinks and mineral water.
Expressions of Interest close 5pm on August 18 with Ray White Rural Pittsworth.
