Busy Ladies Making Good Things Happen
It has been another productive year for The Days for Girls (DfG) Allora branch.
Members can be congratulated on the wonderful work they have done sewing and packing DfG pads for girls and women in countries that don’t have access to menstrual health products.
At Allora, gatherings are held monthly at the St Patrick’s Parish and DfG members are grateful for the use of the Parish function room.
Next year, DfG will conduct a multi-draw raffle at the Allora Heritage Weekend held over the Australia Day long weekend.
Any individuals or businesses who would like to contribute to the raffle please get in touch with a member of the Executive. This is the major fundraising event for the year. Goods for the raffle will be assembled about mid- January.
