Bradys celebrate one year in business
The Nutrien Harcourts Clifton office was buzzing as Ian and Kellie Brady joined staff and friends celebrating their first anniversary as owners of the business.

Ian and Kellie both worked at Nutrien Harcourts Cooke, as it was then called, purchasing the business from Peter Cooke late last year.
Kellie said their first year in business has been wonderful.
“We’ve had a very successful year,” Kellie said.
“We’ve enjoyed every minute of it.”
In its first year under the ownership of Ian and Kellie Brady, Nutrien Harcourts has sold 50 properties totalling close to $17,500,000.
This averages out at close to one property a week.
