Anzac Day Ceremonies Return
Anzac Day ceremonies return to the region in 2021 after residents were restricted to their driveway due to COVID cancellations last year.

If you are feeling unwell on the day, it is encouraged you stay home and participate in the RSL’s Light up the Dawn service on your driveway again this year.
GREENMOUNT
Greenmount’s march will begin at 9.45am on Ramsay Street, followed by the service at 10am in Bicentennial Park.
DRAYTON
Drayton’s parade will begin at 7.20am from the Drayton Memorial Hall, ending at the Drayton Soldiers Memorial with the service commencing at 7.20am.
CAMBOOYA
Cambooya’s morning service will begin today, (Thursday), at 9.30am at Cambooya Memorial Park
WESTBROOK
Organisers of the dawn service in Westbrook have finalised details for the event to be held this Sunday, April 25.
The event will commence at 5.30am at the Westbrook Community Hall on Main Street and finish at 6am.Due to COVID-19 regulations, those who attend will need to register for the event using the Queensland Government’s Check in QLD app.
The usual offering of tea and biscuits will not be taking place because of COVID-19 restrictions,Instead, the Westbrook Tavern is offering a buffet breakfast for $15 a head.
Attendees are also advised to not to lay any wreaths they have until they are told they can do so.There will be no seating available for the event and social distancing protocols will be in place.
Main Street will be closed from Gore Street to Crockers Road from 5am to 6am to accommodate the event.
