Mr Crespan won outright last year, as well as in 2021 before the 2022 event was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

President of the Pittsworth Sprints Committee, Scott Ariel, thanked Lindsay Simmons, Clerk of the Course, and all who assisted him in his job, and the event secretaries, timekeepers, starters, flag and pit marshalls.

“I would like to thank our major sponsors and the community for their support and cooperation,” he said.

“To our many volunteers, a big thank you for your continued support in helping to keep the event running each year.”

Over 170 entrants competed in the weekend’s events including over six juniors and 11 women.
