Allora Swimming Club Returns!
The Allora Swimming Club has kick started a very successful new season, meeting at the Allora Pool every Friday night at 5pm.

In just four years under the leadership and coaching of Pool Leasee Andrew Fidge, the Allora Swimming club has rebounded from just 16 members to now hosting 80 plus registered members.
This is a testament to the goals of the committee to create a swimming community where all local children were afforded the opportunity to learn to swim and enjoy the swimming environment.
The Club continues to cater for swimmers of all abilities with coaching available Monday to Friday with Andrew.
The Club proudly named our season Club Captains and we congratulate Jackson Sparksman, Paul Costello, Emma Day and Alyssa White on their roles.
Our Club Captains contribute to the set up and pack down on club nights and are proud representatives of our club.
These senior swimmers are role models and supporters of our juniors and we are grateful to have them on our team.
Commencing their long course season with enthusiasm, a team of swimmers competed at the Turbo Jets Carnival at Milne Bay on Saturday 23rd November. While club members have minimal training under their belt this season, many still managed multiple Personal Best swims and some promising swimming as we move forward.
Congratulations to our medallists at the meet Chloe Harm, Savannah Butler and Alyssa White.
The Allora Swimming club will host the 52nd Annual Allora Rotary Carnival on Saturday 13th November.
With the exceptional level of sponsorship we have received from local businesses, we are looking forward to a fabulous day of racing. We invite community members and club supporters to join us at the pool to enjoy a great day of swimming.
As our seas-on progresses very quickly, new swimmers are most welcome to join our club. Come on down on a Friday night to have a chat or phone Club President Donna-Maree on 0467 670 595.
