A Very Special Visit
The Allora Sports Club was honoured to receive a visit last week from Mark Henley who as most people are aware was the driving force behind getting the golf course established in Allora 25 years ago.

Mark was awarded life membership of the Allora Sports Club at the recent 25th anniversary of the Golf Club, however he was unable to collect the award in person and his son Steve represented him on the day.
Mark toured the golf course with club secretary John Ellwood and in his words he was “blown away” by how far the course has come in the last 25 years.
Mark is pictured with John at the sign for the Maher-Rickert Bridge which was opened in November 2020.
