A place for blokes to share and listen

The newly formed Clifton men’s social group provides local men with an outlet to talk about their own life and hobbies as well as learn about where others have been, what they have done and what they like to do.

The group meets every second Friday at the Clifton Dabblers building on Clark Street.

Danny Daniels, a member of Clifton Dabblers, said he started the group as a way for local blokes to talk to other local blokes.

Initially, people spoke about how they got to Clifton, but now that the group has been running for a few months people have started to bring in items in a form of show and tell, such as photographs and records.

Aside from fortnightly chats, the social group has also gone on a few excursions and plans to go on more.

Mr Daniels said anyone interested is more than welcome to attend the next meeting on Friday 27 August from 10am to 2pm.

For more information, contact Danny Daniels on 0432 718 575.

The Clifton Jam Factory provides sandwiches.
