A first for Pittsworth: Pro Rodeo on its way

Circle July 8 on your calendar because the rodeo’s coming to town with the promise of a full day’s action showcasing some of the best pro riders from around Australia.

Pittsworth Show Society vice president and rodeo organiser Amanda Reihl believes it will be a first for the town. 

“This is like nothing Pittsworth has ever seen,” she said. 

The Pittsworth Pro Rodeo will be a part of the Australian Professional Rodeo  Association (APRA) circuit which will then head to Taroom, Charters Towers and Richmond. 

It will bring some of the best rodeo riders in all the land to town.
