A cracking good Cambooya Campdraft
The weather was warm and the crowd was for the Cambooya Campdraft, where community spirit was high and a good time was had by all.

Cambooya Campdraft Association President Dane Bateman said it was a very successful weekend.
“It was really good,” Mr Bateman said.
“Two of our committee people won drafts.
“Andrew Pocock won the Novice Campdraft, his first win in fifteen years of doing it.”
On Saturday night, an auction was held to help raise funds to cover the cost of having licensed paramedics for the event.
The canteen also raised money for the community, with volunteers helping to fundraise for Back Plains State School.
Mr Bateman said he wanted to thank all the volunteers and sponsors for making the Cambooya Campdraft possible.
He thanked the cattle donors, including John and Robyn Ranger, Paul and Jo Cleary, Darryl and Nicole Hayward, Kevin and Diane Ryan (KR Livestock), Matt Edwards Livestock and Macquarie Wagyu.
He also thanked the sponsors and major sponsors, of which there were many, and the judges Kal Bruyn and Glenn Evans.
