A crackin’ good time
The Sunday prior to the main Clifton Show festivities saw whip cracking take place.
Australian whip cracking champion, Daniel Wicks, along with Henry and event organiser, Hilary O’Leary.
The Australian Plaiting and Bullock Whip Championship and Queensland Whip Cracking Championship were held.
Among the participants was Nobby State School student Henry.
Henry attended the Clifton Show’s Whip Cracking event and came home with two third place ribbons.
On Monday, Henry took his whips to school and treated everyone to an amazing demonstration.
The participants in the whip cracking were as young as three years old.
The overall champion was Daniel Wicks.
