Taylah was eliminated in the first round but said she had no regrets.

“It was a good experience, made a lot of friends,
learned a lot about myself,” she said.

“I learned about what I want in a partner.”

Taylah said she made the decision to apply for the show as she wanted a partner from the country and liked the look of one of the farmers.

“I’m at the stage now where I wanted to settle down,” she said.

“I love how the lifestyle is simple out here and I love working with animals.

“But, I hadn’t been able to find anyone around the area.”

Taylah said she was interviewed by Channel 7, before being shortlisted and flown to the Hunter Valley for the shooting of the first episode.

“I’d never really spoken in front a camera,” she said.

“I couldn’t get my words out at first.

“I felt like I improved towards to the end.”
